Nicki Dawkins

President 

Nickola “Nicki” Dawkins was born and resides in Nassau, Bahamas.

Nicki was invited to join Pilot twenty-two years ago and has served in the Pilot Club of Nassau as Treasurer, Fundraising Coordinator, Vice President, President Elect, President and Parliamentarian.  She then went on to serve as the Bahamas District Fundraising Coordinator, Governor Elect and Governor before serving as Membership Coordinator at the International level.  At International, Nicki has served as Pilot International Director, Treasurer, Vice President, President Elect and is now serving as the President.

Nicki has an Associate’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry and a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Accounting.  Additionally, she holds an MBA and is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Nicki spent most of career in IT, starting as a Computer Programmer and moving up to Deputy Chief Information Officer.  Nicki is President & CEO of her own IT company, manages an Insurance Company as a Consultant at Baker Tilly and is a Broker with Star General Insurance Company.

In her spare time, Nicki serves as an Usher in her Church, a Junior Usher Advisor, a member of the Parish Youth Council and a member of the Count Team.  She is also the Assistant Treasurer for the Retirees Association, BCPORA. 

For fun, Nicki likes to travel, meet new people and to watch TV.

Nicki has one daughter.
