Holly Baker

President

Holly Baker is our President and CEO. She joined Pilot in 2006 and is a member of the Midwest District.  Baker has served in various capacities such as Vice President, Secretary, Director, Convention Chair, Leadership and Fundraising Coordinator, and as an Anchor Club sponsor. 

Holly earned Certification as a Non-Profit Executive (CNE) and holds a master’s in Health Care Administration (MHA). She worked in insurance and health care management for over 15 years in Patient Financial Services. She started her service on Pilot International’s Executive Committee in 2018.

Baker has chaired numerous committees that have contributed to moving the mission of Pilot International forward. She also developed our successful Helmet People bicycle safety and helmet program which launched in 2019.

Holly resides along the Mississippi River in Port Byron, Illinois with her family. Holly serves as a Junior Achievement volunteer, and as Committee Chair for Boy Scout Troop.  She is also a member of the Quad Cities Autism Society and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Quad City Chapter.
