Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise as a convention or workshop presenter during the 2022 PI Convention in Rochester.

Workshops are one of the most beneficial activities during convention.  They allow attendees to learn from each other in small groups, engage in conversations with other Pilots, and gain information to help grow individually and grow their clubs.

Michelle will be available to help troubleshoot, if there is a problem.  However, we want to do everything we can in advance to avoid issues.

It is critical that we have backup copies of all presentations.  Therefore, in addition to having your presentation on your computer or other device, store your presentation on a thumb drive and also email it to Michelle Bliss communications@pilothq.org by Wednesday, June 15.

It is preferred that you provide copies of handouts you distribute in your workshop.  If you have no other option for copies, the Pilot staff is willing to try to assist you with copies, However, the material to be copied and number of copies needed must be received absolutely no later than Monday, June 13. The request for copies should be sent to lia@pilothq.org.

All presentations will be uploaded to the PI website after convention.
