2016-2017 PI Vice President

A Pilot for 13 years, and member of Twin Cities & Franklin, LA Pilot Clubs, Karen has been employed for 22 years by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury. She currently is the Assistant Treasurer and Recording Secretary.

Karen is hard working and competent in her every endeavor. 2015-2016 marks Karen’s third term on the Pilot International Executive Committee, having been elected PI Secretary at the Orlando convention and having served as Treasurer twice — in 2013-2014, and in 2014-2015. She has also served terms on the PI Scholarships and the PI Elections Committees, chaired the finance committee for two years, and was a PI Division Coordinator. In 2009-2010, she was elected Louisiana District Governor. Next year’s convention in Montreal will be Karen’s 14th Pilot International Convention experience.

Karen has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Northeast Louisiana University. She has been a United Way Community Investment Volunteer for several years.
