Beginning November 2021, Paul John Sardoma (PJ) assumed the role as Executive Director of Pilot International. Living in Georgia since 2001, PJ has led the development and fundraising programs for some of the top Nonprofits in Georgia and the SouthEast region. From 2013 to 2015, PJ served as Chief Operating Officer for a consulting firm serving clients on Guam, The Philippines, and Japan.

Paul John Sardoma was born in New York but spent much of his childhood on the island of Guam where he grew to love the sport of tennis and volleyball. During his senior year of high school, PJ was selected to join and train at Saddlebrook Academy in Wesley Chapel, FLA, the premiere tennis training academy in the nation.   PJ attended Seton Hall University while playing on the Men's Tennis Team.

Outside of life in Pilot International, PJ coaches Volleyball at First Presbyterian Day school along with coaching The Southern Strikers - USAV Volleyball club.  PJ loves spending time with his best friend and wife, Jennifer along with their three daughters (Jasmine, Nyah, and Kyla).
