  • Need to cancel? Here’s how refunds work:
    • Cancel in writing 4 weeks or more before the event: you’ll receive a full refund. Deadline: before June 17, 2026
    • Cancel in writing between 4 and 2 weeks before: you’ll receive a 50% refund. June 17 – July 1, 2026
    • Cancel in writing within 2 weeks of the event: no refund can be issued. After July 1, 2026
  • Why we can’t issue refunds within 2 weeks.
    • By the final two weeks before the Convention, Pilot International has already paid for hotel space, catering, materials, and other event costs based on registration numbers. Since these expenses can’t be recovered, we’re unable to refund cancellations made during this time.
