- Responsible for collection and processing of all club dues and club related accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Work with Club Secretaries regarding membership information and assists Club Treasurers with dues payments.

- Work to develop new fundraising opportunities for Pilot
- Assist with convention planning and on-site convention management beginning with the 2013 New Orleans Convention
