The Arkansas/Oklahoma District of Pilot International welcomes you to join our efforts to achieve universal awareness and prevention of Brain-related Disorders and Disabilities. We serve by furthering Pilot International’s humanitarian efforts through charitable, educational, and research programs in communities throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Our District consists of 10 clubs and our total membership is just under 300. The oldest club in our district is Pilot Club of Little Rock was chartered in 1936. Other charter dates are as follows: Fort Smith, 1939; Muskogee, 1941; Bartlesville, 1949; Miami, 1949; Sand Springs, 1954; Dewey, 1962; Claremore, 1977; Green Country Bartlesville, 1985; Mannford, 1992;
All of our clubs are very active in their respective communities with excellent service programs. Most of our clubs are promoting our signature program “BrainMinders – Protecting Your Brain for Life”, within day care centers and elementary schools.
In 2009, Pilot Club of Sand Springs reestablished the Anchor Club program with nineteen high school students joining to serve their school and community.
