How can I get a convention registration form?

A registration form is included in the Winter issue of the PILOT LOG and a copy may be printed from the PI web site (www.pilotinternational.org – Members – click on 2012 PI/PIF Annual Convention and Leadership Conference).  Or you may request a form be mailed or faxed to you by contacting Pilot Headquarters, 102 Preston Court, Macon, GA 31210-5768, Ph: 478-477-1208, ext. 300, Fax 478-477-6978 or by emailing megan@pilothq.org.

How do I make reservations at the convention hotel?

Can I register at the convention site?

Yes, but you will not receive the discounted registration fee. Also, your registering process will be much faster if you pre-register.

Can I purchase extra banquet tickets for a friend or spouse?

Yes, extra banquet tickets may be purchased as long as space is available.

How many delegates can a club have at international convention and who serves as the delegate?

A club may have one delegate at the international convention. The incoming President serves as the delegate if the incoming President attends the convention, if not, the club will select a member of their club to represent the club.
