EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Pilot International, Inc. and Pilot International Foundation is in need of an energetic, highly motivated, strategic and goal-driven individual (Executive Director) who has the leadership skills and vision to shape the future of this historic service organization. Requirements for the position include at a minimum: Bachelor degree, 7 years’ experience in non-profit association management (CAE desired); strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills; demonstrated abilities in budgeting, financial analysis, public relations, HR, strategic planning, revenue development, and grant writing expertise.
Pilot International, Inc. is a charitable and educational organization comprised of both adults (Pilot Clubs), and students (Anchor Clubs). The purpose of Pilot International is to promote programs and activities that support the international focus on brain-related disorders and disabilities. It is the goal of Pilot International to hire an individual who has the passion for furthering the mission and vision of achieving universal awareness and prevention of Brain-related Disorders and Disabilities through charitable, educational and research programs in communities throughout the world.
As Executive Director, responsibilities include management of all administrative, operational, program planning, and contractual obligations of Pilot International and the Pilot International Foundation. Applicants must be willing to travel.
